The location is fantastic! Just a 10-minute walk to the beach, with plenty of friendly places nearby. The breakfast buffet offers a great selection, ensuring there's something for everyone.

On the downside, room cleanliness was inconsistent, and amenities like liquid soap were insufficient. A disappointing lack of attention to detail affected the stay experience.

Had a fine stay by our 2nd visit, everything was really good. The employees were attentive and well-mannered.

The location of the hotel was wonderful, down an alley off of Jl Benesari Pantai. It was also close enough to shopping mall and city center, the shopping mall, Beachwalk, kuta beach and the markets and local eateries & restaurants.

Just a perfect match for a quick break in Kuta with very good value for money. The pool was amazing, with plenty of loungers and drink specials in the evening. Make sure to try the egg station at breakfast.

The stay included a great setup with a room offering a spacious bathroom and a fantastic shower. Loved the breakfast buffet with a variety of options, including traditional dishes. The warm pool was well-maintained. While nearby shops and street food stalls enhanced the experience, noise from the street occasionally disrupted the tranquility. It would have been nice if the breakfast selections varied more throughout the stay.

Staying here felt like a great choice! The location was perfect, just a short stroll to the beach, which was convenient for our daily outings. The pool area was a highlight for me, allowing for refreshing morning swims. We opted for the Royal Two-Bedroom Suite great value for families at a reasonable price, providing plenty of space. The buffet breakfast offered a blend of local and Western dishes that made for a nice start to the day.

This place suits me perfectly! Great amenities like the outdoor swimming pool, free Wi-Fi, and 24-hour reception. They even helped me with an early check-in on my first stay, which I appreciate. I always feel welcomed!

We had a lovely time in our Royal Two-Bedroom Suite, where the spacious layout made family bonding easy and the big bathroom was a hit with the kids. Between lounging by the outdoor swimming pool and unwinding at the spa center, we found plenty of ways to relax. The only downside was some noise from other rooms, but it didn't take away from our overall enjoyment. 😊

Our group enjoyed a spacious two-bedroom suite with a lovely pool view. The staff were attentive, quickly resolving our shower issue. Breakfast had variety, though keep an eye on the hot dishes. Convenient location near shops and restaurants. Perfect for family gatherings.
